By registering on iBattler, Buying a membership from 1 of ibattlers sellers, Selling on iBattler, using ibattlers loader or downloading files or content from iBattler you must agree to the following and if you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you will not use the content/files/memberships or information found on iBattler, buy from iBattler, download from iBattler, use the loader from iBattler, register on iBattler or sell anything on iBattler. If you agree to the Terms and Conditions and break any of the Terms and Conditions you are open to, but not limited to, prosecution and criminal charges and iBatter.com has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership with iBattler.com and refuse to provide you with access to iBattler.com. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with iBattler.com, your agreement with iBattler.com will always include, at a minimum, the terms and conditions set out in this document.


General
I agree that I am not visiting this site to obtain information, files, codes or any other data to use legally or illegally against the owners, users, webmasters, hosts, ISPs or any person in any imaginable manner. I also agree that I am at least 18 years old or at least the age of majority, whichever is greater.


I agree that I am not part of any anti-piracy organization/company/person, game development/distribution organization/companies/person, government or law enforcement from any country. I also agree I am not searching out evidence which may serve as a medium for any charge of violating laws relating to any country to use against iBattler in any way or to use against the owners, users, webmasters, site operators, hosts, ISPs or any persons in any conceivable manner.


I agree that I have reviewed all rules, regulations, and license agreements of any program, application, or item that interacts or interfaces, directly or otherwise, with the file or content before uploading, downloading, installing and/or running program of software obtained from ibattler.com and abide by these articles accordingly.


I Agree that each time I use or cause access to this web site or use the loader, I agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions, and as amended from time to time with or without notice to you. In addition, if you are using a particular service on or through this web site, you will be subject to any rules or guidelines applicable to those services and they shall be incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

I agree I will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on iBattler.com. I will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user. I will not post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic. I will not use iBattler to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.


I understand and agree that iBattler.com merely provides hosting services to its Sellers and persons browsing / visiting on iBattler.com. All memberships are advertised by Sellers and are third party user generated contents. iBattler.com neither originates nor initiates the transmission nor select the sender and receiver of the transmission nor selects nor modify the information contained in the transmission. iBatter.com has no control over the third party user generated contents and can not be held liable.


Limitations of Liability
Under no circumstances is ibattler.com to be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental, actual, or punitive damages along with lost profits of any kind or nature whatsoever, even if foreseeable. ibattler.com makes no representation of any sort of any warranty. in all cases ibattler.com is not to ever be laible for more then 0.01¢ usd.


Downloads
I agree that all files and content downloaded from iBattler come with no warranties what-so-ever that guarantees that files or content from iBattler will not damage or other wise harm the system it is running on. . In no event shall any person(s) or companie(s) be held liable for any direct or indirect effects of the files including but not limited to the loss of data, damage of hardware, or loss of profit.


These download rules also include to steamed data from iBattler.com software loader.


I agree that everything that is download from iBattler is for educational purposes only and I will not modify, redistribute, copy, transfer, decompile, disassemble, alter, or otherwise reverse engineer anything for any reason.

I agree that i scan all files / content I download from iBattler.com and if I find a virus or any other unwanted things like for example advertisement I will report this to the support team of iBattler.com.


Uploads and Posting
I agree that all files and content I upload or post to iBattler will not damage or other wise harm the system it is running on and I own all of the content and information I post or upload to iBattler. I agree the files do not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, diminish value of, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. I grant iBattler a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any file or content I upload on iBattler. I also agree that iBattler.com has the right to delete any files/data where iBattler.com seems fit.


Buying
I agree that the price for each membership on iBattler is in U.S. Dollars. The Price I order it for will remain the price regardless of any subsequent price changes. Prices and products are subject to change without notice.


I agree that the software on ibattler.com have been created to be used on playful purposes, on private servers with your friends. iBattler.com or it's sellers are not responsible if you use our softwares in another purpose. The use of our sellers softwares in other purposes, which are not the ones that our sellers softwares have been made, is at the own responsibility of the user. All the software sold on ibattler.com is free, but their uses involve a subscription account. ibattler.com offers access to the users who own a subscription account, to access to the softwares.


I agree that the information provided on the selling pages of software are not maintained by iBattler.com and can hold invalid or untrue information. iBattler.com can not be held liable for this information. If software is marked undetected it is only marked undetected by the seller of the software. Not by iBattler.com


I agree that iBattler.com uses my IP-Address or HWID to authorize my membership. The memberships i buy are allowed to use IP-Address or HWID authentication. I also agree that I can only use the IP-Address for authentication with which i am browsing the site and that all memberships use the same IP-Address. I also agree i can only change my IP on iBattler every 3 hours and my HWID every month.


I agree i shall not attempt to or circumvent or manipulate iBattler.com's billing process or that i shall give any products obtained here to any other person/company.


I agree that the membership i buy from iBattler.com or its sellers can be terminated when iBattler.com stops hosting it's site. And i agree that when iBattler.com, for any reason is not possible to provide the authentication process, iBattler.com can not be held responsible.


I agree that i can be send emails about products and promotions for memberships i have bought on iBattler.com


I agee that subscriptions to a membership end when a iBattler.com or it's sellers stops hosting a product.


Selling
I agree that iBattler receives service cost for every membership sold to a product of mine. The price of the service cost can be found in the control panel and are subjected to change. I agree that iBattler pays ONLY to PayPal accounts and that the email I request a payment with is a valid PayPal account.


I agree that in no event shall any persons or companies be held liable for any loss of money (which can be but is not limited by mistakes, hacking or loss of data).


I also agree that the cost for using PayPal will be reduced from my earnings (an indication of the PayPal costs are 3.4% * product price + 0.48$). A balance of your earnings and sold memberships can be viewed. iBattler is not responsible to check if the correct amount is paid for a membership. I agree I check if the correct price is being paid for my product and report to the support staff when it's incorrect.


I agree I shall not be fraudulent or that I do not sale memberships to counterfeit or stolen items. I shall not infringe any third party's intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy.


I agree i can not and will not sell a product for a price that is under 1$.


I agree a buyer of a membership to my product is allowed to request a refund within 10 working days.


From time to time, you shall be responsible for providing information relating to the membership to software proposed to be sold by you. In this connection, you undertake that all such information shall be accurate in all respects. You shall not exaggerate or over emphasize the attributes of such items or services so as to mislead other buyers in any manner. You shall not attempt to or circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, the billing process or fees owed to iBattler.com


I agree to give full support for my product and answer all support tickets related to my product within 3 working days. and iBattler.com is allowed to send emails to me regarding support for my product.


I agree that i will keep a backup of my software uploaded to ibattler.com on my computer so that when a file is missing i can and will provide the backup to ibattler.com.


I agree that ibattler.com staff can use my uploaded software/content for free.


I agree that all software i upload is free. However a membership can be bought to access this software.


I agree that ibattler.com is allowed to used my products for promotion purposses. these currently include a promotion stunt that will allow everyone to use your hack for free 1 or 2 days a month. And this includes the referrer system which will give referrers free memberships when they have brought enough buyers to this site. Users can also earn referrrer point by making videos, beta testing and other community benafiting actions


Fees
I agree that i am responsible for paying all fees associated with the use of iBattler.com (Service cost + PayPal cost) and I agree to bear any and all applicable taxes, charges, cesses etc.


Refunds
Refunds are only allowed if our products haven't been downloaded or used, they are virtual and non tangible goods. If you have downloaded or used our software; no reasons, no claims and no complains can result in a refund.


Applicable Law
You agree that this Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of your use of this web site or our products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws where the headquarters of the owner of this web site is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By registering or using this web site and service you consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the county or city where the headquarters of the owner of this web site is located.


Miscellaneous
In the event that this Terms and Conditions conflicts with any law under which any provision may be held invalid by a court with jurisdiction over the parties, such provision will be interpreted to reflect the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law, and the remainder of this Terms of Conditions will remain valid and intact.

iBattler.com is a community forum; we do not copy or host any video or screenshot content, but merely help users locate content that is already available on the Internet. We keep a reference of the locations of the content for users. In most cases, the web site that hosts videos is Youtube & screenshots are usually hosted at TinyPic and both web sites allow the embedding of videos/screenshots on other sites, including ibattler. iBattler, has no way of knowing who (whether authorized or not) has uploaded content to third party sites indexed by our service. You should contact the host site with your complaint, and ask that the video/screenshot be removed from the site. If a video/screenshot is removed from the host site the iBattler reference for the location will be removed from the index within a couple of weeks.
